Shipping
We provide free shipping to all our destinations in the Philippines. We assure that all items are packaged securely to ensure that your jewelry will be safe while in transit to your provided address.
For platinum vermeil items that are crafted-to-order, we have a processing time of at least 20-25 business days after payment confirmation prior to shipping. Gold vermeil requires an additional 10 business days. Solid gold and solid platinum orders require 30-40 business days.
For on-hand items, we have a processing time of 2-3 business days prior to shipping out. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. Delivery timeline is 5-7 business days.
We can also arrange for international shipping which will take 7-10 business days after production. Please see shipping rates in the table below. Rates are not inclusive of customs duties and taxes.

Returns
Except as provided below, we allow the following reasons for returns:
1. Repair
Item has 3 months warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Warranty does not cover any damage to, or loss of gemstones, additional fees may apply for this. Warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft. Any work, repair or modification of your jewelry not conducted by Pristine Paradigm will void the warranty.
2. Resizing
Vermeil Rings
For vermeil orders, resizing comes with a standard fee of ₱1,500, which already includes repolishing and replating to maintain its finish. However, please note that not all vermeil designs are eligible for resizing. Please note that manual resizing may result in minor surface marks. These are normal and do not affect the quality or craftsmanship of your ring. Learn more here.
Full eternity bands and certain delicate or intricate designs cannot be resized due to the risk of damage during manual adjustment.
If the size difference is significant (e.g., resizing from a Size 8 to a Size 4), there may also be limitations due to the structural integrity of the ring.
In these cases, customers may return the ring in exchange for a new one—provided it is in pristine condition with no scratches, dents, or signs of wear. If the ring shows signs of use, it may not qualify for remaking, and additional fees may apply or resizing may not be possible.
Solid Gold Rings
Solid gold rings are eligible for one free resizing, provided the new size does not require substantial additional metal. If the requested size is significantly larger, additional fees may apply depending on the added weight required.
We strongly encourage all customers to confirm their correct ring size before ordering. This helps avoid the hassle of returning the item and waiting for it to be sent back which will take another 20-25 business days. Please check our ring size guide here.
3. Replating
If you feel like your jewelry needs a refresh to bring back its original shine and color, we also offer replating services. The fee is Php1,000 including repolishing but it's FREE for the first time and if within a year of purchase. Please note that replating may result in minor surface marks. These are normal and do not affect the quality or craftsmanship of your ring. Learn more here.
4. Wrong Item
If you received a wrong item, kindly send it back to us and we will send you the correct item.
You may send the item back to us at your convenience. For reason of wrong or faulty product upon receipt, we will refund the shipping fee. For all returns, we will send you back the item for free (if you are within the Philippines). Please note that the processing time for returns is 20 business days.
