Shipping

We provide free shipping to all our destinations in the Philippines. We assure that all items are packaged securely to ensure that your jewelry will be safe while in transit to your provided address. 

We make certain to give every order the level of detail that gives you the best Pristine Paradigm experience. Each piece is crafted-to-order and will take 15-20 business days.

We can also arrange for international shipping which will take 7-10 days after production. Please see shipping rates in the table below.

Returns

Pristine Paradigm is dedicated to providing our customers 100% satisfaction with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we would be happy to return or exchange your item, subject to the terms and conditions of this return policy. 

For Gold Vermeil orders:

Except as provided below, you have 7 days from the date your item was delivered to return your item. Possible returns include:

  1. Wrong product was delivered.

We will arrange for the item to be returned back to us and send you the correct one.

      2. Ring size does not fit as expected.

Please send the package back to us (at your expense), and we will have it resized or replaced and sent back to you for free (if you are within the Philippines). Please note that we can't resize if the ring is engraved or has any scratches or dents upon return. 

For Solid Gold Customizations:

Refund: No refund will be given on any customized jewelry unless the finished product is deemed to be misdescribed, faulty or defective.

Resizing: Clients are offered complimentary resize if it’s 1 size smaller than original size up to 60 days after collection of items. Bigger sizes may need additional payment because of additional gold needed.

Warranty: Item has 3 months warranty from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defect. Warranty does not cover any damage to, or loss of gemstones. Warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, accidental damage, loss or theft. Any work, repair or modification of your jewelry not conducted by Pristine Paradigm's jeweler will void the warranty.
