1. How to order?

For gold vermeil, please order through this website. Check our catalog here ✨ All items are FREE SHIPPING. Card payments, bank transfer and COD is also available.

For solid gold (14k/18k), please check our price list here. 

2. If I order now, when will I receive it?

All our items are usually made-to-order especially for each customer. The lead time is 20 business days. All good things are worth waiting for! However we have some earrings and necklaces that are on-hand and ready to ship. Please see collection here.

3. Is our jewelry pawnable?

Jewelry, in general, is pawnable depending on the gold. Our website items are made of 18k gold vermeil only. It is the best quality and affordable jewelry, second to solid gold. But we also offer solid gold customizations, 14k or 18k, which is pawnable.

5. What ring sizes do we offer?

We offer size 4-9, US Standard sizes. Please see our ring size guide here. 

6. Does our jewelry tarnish?

Gold jewelry will really tarnish over time, even solid gold. Unless it is pure 24k gold, which is not advisable for everyday wear because it is too soft. The good news is that tarnishing doesn't mean that your jewelry is damaged or ruined! Tarnishing is a natural process that happens when metal alloys in gold pieces react with oxygen. 7. If we chose the wrong ring size, will you replace it?

Yes, we will. Please see our shipping and returns policy here.

8. Do we ship internationally?

We can arrange for international shipping but there will be an additional cost. Please check shipping rates here.
