For moissanite, lab-grown ruby, sapphire, and emerald set in gold and platinum vermeil, please order through this website. Check our catalog here ✨ All items are FREE SHIPPING. Card payments and bank transfer are also available.

For lab-grown diamonds, solid gold (14k/18k), and solid platinum, please make an inquiry here.

2. If I order now, when will I receive it?

All our items are usually made-to-order specially for each customer and will take 20 business days. All good things are worth waiting for! However, we do have some earrings, necklaces, and bracelets that are on-hand and ready to ship upon confirmation, with a processing time of 2-3 business days, and a delivery period of 5-7 business days. Orders are shipped out via J&T. Please see collection here.

3. Is our jewelry pawnable?

Jewelry, in general, is pawnable depending on the gold/platinum. Our website items are made of 18k gold/platinum vermeil only. It is the best quality and affordable jewelry, second to solid gold/platinum. But we also offer solid gold/platinum customizations, 14k or 18k, which is pawnable.

6. How to care for your jewelry?

Proper care and handling is essential to maintaining the quality of any jewelry. Vermeil will need extra care as it is not solid Gold/Platinum. We have a jewelry care guide here.

7. If we chose the wrong ring size, will you replace it?

8. Do we ship internationally?

We can arrange for international shipping but there will be an additional cost. Please check shipping rates here.
