Customer Experience Associate (Social Media)

- Full-time | 5 days/week (including weekends) | 8 hours/day
About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly and responsive Customer Experience Associate. Your main job will be to reply to comments and messages on our social media pages, making sure every customer feels heard and helped.
On weekends, you’ll handle TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram. You’ll be answering basic questions (including prices for solid gold pieces), checking Shopify for order status and shipping updates, and flagging anything urgent to the team if it comes up while we’re offline.
What We’re Looking For
Female, based in Manila
Social media savvy (TikTok, FB, IG)
Knows Shopify (or quick to learn)
Strong written communication in English
Reliable internet connection and good working laptop
Happy to work on weekends
