Holiday Order Cut-Off Terms & Conditions
To ensure that your Pristine Paradigm pieces arrive in time for the holidays, please review the following terms and conditions for holiday orders.
1. Holiday Order Cut-Off
- The final cut-off date for holiday orders is on Sunday, November 23, 2025.
- Orders placed on or before November 23 will be prioritized for delivery before December 25, subject to production timelines and courier schedules.
- Orders placed after November 23 will still be accepted but cannot be guaranteed to arrive before Christmas.
2. Production & Processing Time
Each Pristine Paradigm piece is made to order to ensure quality craftsmanship.
- Please allow 20–25 business days for production before shipment. This production timeline is standardized across all products.
- Custom sizes, custom orders, or size changes may require additional time beyond the standard production period.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier’s service schedule.
- Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
- Pristine Paradigm is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Custom Orders
Custom pieces, as well as orders with non-standard sizes, are made exclusively for you and may take longer to produce.
