While we have standard and limited molds for each ring size, our expert craftsmen can manually resize your chosen ring to ensure a flawless fit. This allows for small adjustments to ensure your ring fits just right, making it truly yours.
Limits for Resizing
We can typically resize your ring up to 2 sizes up or down, depending on the specific design. Our team will assess your ring and let you know the exact possibilities.
Processing Time
Since manual resizing can be a delicate process, custom sizing typically takes +15 business days, though it may take longer. The ring may be prone to dents and scratches, so additional polishing may be needed.
An additional fee applies for manual resizing, depending on the ring size needed.
Please note that this option is not available for certain ring designs, such as full eternity rings or rings without a straight, plain band at the base. Resizing these styles may compromise the ring’s structural integrity, design details, and overall shape.
