1. How to order?

To place an order, simply browse our website and checkout directly. 🤍

We offer a wide range of lab-grown gemstone pieces set in gold and platinum vermeil, including moissanite, lab emerald, lap sapphire, lab ruby, lab paraiba, lab aquamarine, and lab alexandrite. You may check out our collection here. ✨

We also offer solid gold pieces featuring moissanite and lab diamonds, which are also available for direct purchase here

For solid gold and solid platinum customizations, as well as other special inquiries, feel free to send us a message so we can assist you further. 

2. If I order now, when will I receive it?

All our items are usually made-to-order specially for each customer and will take 20-25 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For gold vermeil pieces, please allow an additional 10-15 business days. All good things are worth waiting for! However, we do have some earrings, necklaces, and bracelets that are on-hand and ready to ship upon confirmation, with a processing time of 2-3 business days, and a delivery period of 5-7 business days. 3. Is our jewelry pawnable?

Yes, the pieces under our Fine Jewelry Collection are pawnable, as they are made with solid gold. ✨

We also offer pieces set in vermeil - S925 sterling silver electroplated with gold/platinum. It is the best quality and afforable jewelry, second to solid gold. These pieces are not pawnable.

In addition, we offer custom designs in 10k, 14k, and 18k solid gold, as well as solid platinum. Feel free to send us a message if you'd like to inquire about a custom piece or your preferred design. 🤍

5. What ring sizes do we offer?

We offer size 4-9, US Standard sizes. Please see our ring size guide here

6. How to care for your jewelry?

Proper care and handling is essential to maintaining the quality of any jewelry. Vermeil will need extra care as it is not solid Gold/Platinum. We have a jewelry care guide here.

7. If we chose the wrong ring size, will you replace it? Yes, we will. 

Vermeil rings have a ₱1,500 resizing fee (inclusive of repolishing and replating), though not all designs can be resized and large size adjustments may not be possible. In such cases, exchanges are allowed if the ring is returned in pristine condition. Solid gold rings are eligible for one free resizing, with additional fees only if significant size increases require more metal. We recommend confirming your ring size before ordering, as resizing or exchanges may take 20–25 business days.

8. Can I customize in vermeil?

Our vermeil designs are offered in preset specifications. For custom sizing, stone changes, or redesigns, custom orders are available in solid gold or platinum.

9. Can I engrave my vermeil piece?

For engravings, we can only do so with out customized 10k/14k/18k solid gold and solid platinum items. Unfortunately, we can't engrave on our vermeil items (i.e. items on the website) as we noticed it compromises with the items' electroplating.

10. Can I wear vermeil if I have acidic skin?

Our vermeil pieces are all hypoallergenic materials, and we use a nickel-free alloy mix. Our pieces are designed for everyday wear as long as the care instructions are being followed. 

11. Do we ship internationally?

We can arrange for international shipping but there will be an additional cost. Please check shipping rates here.

12. What are our payment methods?

We have GCASH, card payments, QR PH, and Grab Pay.

13. Can I cancel my order after it's been confirmed?

We kindly ask for your understanding that once an order is confirmed, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded. This is to ensure efficient processing and timely delivery for all our customers.
