2. Holiday Pop-Up Schedule

Experience our pieces in person and enjoy exclusive holiday perks at our pop-up events:

  • Manila: November 14–16, 2025 — The Fifth, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell, Makati City
  • Cebu: November 22–23, 2025 — Oakridge Pavilion, Mandaue City

Each location will feature in-person exclusives, 0% installment options, and special mystery gifts while supplies last.

3. Special Holiday Offers (₱15,000 Minimum Purchase)

With a minimum single-receipt purchase of ₱15,000, customers are entitled to the following offers:

A. 0% Installment for 3 Months
  • Available exclusively at Pristine Paradigm pop-up events.
  • Participating banks: BPI, EastWest Bank, China Bank, HSBC, and Bank of Commerce.
  • All installment transactions are subject to each bank’s approval and applicable terms.
B. Mystery Gift
  • Customers who meet the minimum purchase requirement may receive a special holiday mystery gift, which includes a Christmas-themed jewelry piece.
  • Available while supplies last and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Mystery gifts are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
  • Valid for online and pop-up purchases

4. Gift Card Terms

  • Gift cards may be used for purchases at pristineparadigm.com or during official Pristine Paradigm pop-up events.
  • For online purchases, customers must enter the assigned gift code at checkout.
  • Gift card value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for credit or refund.
  • Valid for one-time use only. Any unused balance will be forfeited and will not be carried over or refunded.
  • Gift cards cannot be replaced if lost, stolen, or used without authorization.

5. Order Deadlines and Delivery

  • To ensure delivery before Christmas, place your orders on or before November 23, 2025.
  • Standard production and delivery lead times apply.
  • Pristine Paradigm is not responsible for courier delays due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Standard return and exchange policies apply to all purchased items, excluding complimentary mystery gifts.
  • Mystery gifts and gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted to cash or store credit.

7. General Conditions

  • Standard Terms and Conditions apply to all holiday offers.
  • Pristine Paradigm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Offers are valid only through official Pristine Paradigm channels (website, verified social media accounts, and official pop-up stores).
  • Fraudulent, duplicated, or altered promo codes and vouchers will not be honored.
